Organisation Settings
About Organisations
Disguise Cloud organisations bring together your company’s users by having multiple accounts join the same organisation. This allows you to work together across multiple files and assets on collaborative projects. As an organisation Admin or Owner, you manage the Cloud accounts of your employees and the files that belong to your organisation.
You can invite others to join your organisation and assign them different roles, each providing varying levels of access and permissions. For more details, refer to Roles in an Organisation.

Create a new organisation
- To create an organisation, navigate to the Profile menu > Organisation Settings.
- Under My Organisations, click Create an Organisation +.
- Under Organisation Setup, add the name of the organisation, toggle Allow anyone at [email domain] to join.
- Select your Oganisation size and region.
- Click Create Organisation +.
Invite a new member to an organisation
- To access organisation management from the Dashboard, click on the Management button.
- Click on the Members tab.
- Click on the Invite to Team button.
- Input the email address of the team member you want to add.
- Select a Team Role for the new member by clicking on Member or Administrator.
- Click on the Invite button.
Merge organisations
- Navigate to the Profile menu > Organisaton Settings.
- Under Advanced Settings, Click on Merge Organisation.
Purchase a Cloud subscription
- To purchase a Cloud subscription, left-click on your profile photo in the top right of the dashboard.
- Select Subscriptions.
- Select either Cloud Pro or Cloud Studio and click Start 14 day trial.
- Add your payment details and click Subscribe.
You can view your active subscriptions on the Subscriptions page.

Cancel a subscription
- To cancel any subscription, ensure you are currently using the organisation associated wih the the subscription.
- Navigate to Subscriptions in the profile menu in Cloud Dashboard.
- Click View.
- Click Cancel.
When you cancel a subscription, you will have a grace period until the next payment would normally be due. In this time, you are able to resume the subscription by clicking Resume.
Manage billing
- To manage billing, navigate to the Subscriptions page in the profile menu.
- Select the product you are subscribed to.
- Click Manage Billing.
On this page you can:
- Click update your subscription to change your license quantity or billing plan.
- Use the edit icon to edit your payment method, or update your email and billing address.
- View your Invoice history. Your invoice will also be sent to the Admin/Owner’s email address.
