Text Layer

Overview

The Text module is used to generate and map text to a surface or screen.

Text layer

Text

The text that will be displayed on the surface.

Font Size

The size of text.

Font

The type of font to be displayed. TTF fonts can be added to the project by being added to the objects/textfont folder within the project.

Horizontal alignment

Horizontal location of text on the surface. Options are Left, Center, and Right.

Vertical alignment

Vertical location of text on the surface. Options are Top, Center, and Bottom.
