Disguise X1 Support

Disguise offers a variety of services to ensure customer excellence, including premium support packages, warranties, and a global customer service team with 24/7/365 support.

Disguise X1 will be included within Disguise’s support offering, however, it is important to note that support for Disguise X1 licenses will be made available on a best-efforts basis only. Disguise Support will attempt to isolate an issue to determine whether it is specific to Designer or the node being used with the Disguise X1 license for video playback.

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the node used with a Disguise X1 license meets our recommended system specification outlined below. We will be unable to provide support on any nodes that fail to meet these requirements. We are unable to support requests to verify specific components within the recommended hardware specification, such as motherboard or GPU models for example.

We are also unable to support any issues specific to the node being used with the Disguise X1 license, the choice of drivers/SDKs, BSODs, or the use of any third-party software used on the node with Disguise X1.

When raising a support ticket for Disguise X1 via email support@disguise.one or the Disguise Support portal, we strongly recommend that users create a System Diagnostic, which includes a list of all hardware and software on the node. This can be achieved by following the steps outlined here.
