r22.1 Cloud Integration

Section titled “New Features”Disguise Cloud Integration
Section titled “Disguise Cloud Integration”Designer r22.1 offers users the ability to log in to Disguise Cloud through d3manager by clicking on the new “Sign In” button. When you sign in, you will be prompted to link your machine to your Disguise Cloud account by following the on-screen instructions.
If you have previously signed up for Disguise Cloud, you can link your Designer install to an existing Disguise Cloud account. If you’re new to Disguise Cloud, you can sign up for a new account.
If you do not have a Designer license you can acquire a Designer license via the Designer integration with Disguise Cloud.
To return to license activation click “Account” in the d3manager cloud menu. This will take you to your Disguise Cloud account details page which includes Designer license activation functionality.
Further Disguise Cloud integration functionality in Designer will be rolled out over the coming months.

Media Distribution
Section titled “Media Distribution”Media Distribution will sync and distribute only the media files in your video layer that are needed across each Disguise server. Unused content can then be removed with a click of a button.
Single Large Canvas
Section titled “Single Large Canvas”Let your creativity go beyond the power of a single GPU, and use bigger content. Single Large Canvas seamlessly combines multiple video fragments into a single view output when used alongside multiple projectors.
RenderStream 1.3
Section titled “RenderStream 1.3”RenderStream 1.3 brings us a host of new features including:
- TouchDesigner integration
- RenderStream Validation Framework
- Vulkan API support
- RenderStream backwards compatibility
Improvements
Section titled “Improvements”Faster Spatial calibration
Section titled “Faster Spatial calibration”We have reduced spatial calibration time to less than half the amount taken in previous software releases. For studios with multiple cameras for example, this can result in a time saving of several hours. Fast Spatial Calibration is enabled by default.
Dark Mode
Section titled “Dark Mode”d3Manager improvements include the launch UI for Designer is now available in dark mode, the ability to add a global delay to audio, project rollback and a project version comparison tool.
