SoundLight Driver
このコンテンツはまだ日本語訳がありません。
The SoundLight Driver allows Disguise to communicate with SoundLight DMX interfaces.
SoundLight devices are commonly used as compact DMX output or input nodes, enabling DMX data to be sent from or received into a Disguise system as part of a wider lighting or show-control workflow.
Use this driver whenever your production relies on SoundLight hardware for DMX connectivity, patching, or bridging between physical fixtures and the Disguise project.
The SoundLight Driver is typically used for:
- Outputting DMX from Disguise to lighting fixtures via a SoundLight interface
- Receiving DMX control from a lighting console or external controller
- Integrating small or distributed DMX nodes into larger networked lighting systems
- Testing, monitoring, or routing DMX universes in show workflows
- Providing hardware-level DMX connectivity for installations or compact production setups
SoundLight interfaces offer simple, reliable DMX-over-IP bridging, making them suitable for both small and large DMX deployments.
Driver Properties
Section titled “Driver Properties”Depending on the SoundLight device model and configuration, the driver may expose:
DMX Input / Output Mode
Section titled “DMX Input / Output Mode”Defines whether the connected device is used to receive DMX into Disguise, output DMX from Disguise, or both.
Universe Assignment
Section titled “Universe Assignment”Specifies which DMX universe the SoundLight interface will transmit or receive.
Device Address / Network Configuration
Section titled “Device Address / Network Configuration”IP and network configuration for discovering and communicating with the SoundLight hardware.
Refresh Rate / Update Frequency
Section titled “Refresh Rate / Update Frequency”Controls how frequently DMX packets are transmitted when outputting from Disguise.
